Process was overall lengthy from initial contact. Met with manager and divisional vice president. Very relaxed, informal, encouraging. Gave me immediate feedback. I should have been ready to negotiate more strongly than I did.

Had to do marketing demonstration of any topic of choice. Other than that, typical questions about sales, numbers, results. Asked to cite many SWOT examples. Be prepared.
