Prelminary phone screens were quick and to the point. I had a call with a sourcer and then a recruiter. I then had an in person interview with the hiring manager, who showed up 15 minutes late. They then asked could they make a personal call based on my answer to one of their questions. Not sure if they were trying to throw me, I said that was fine and they did so right in front of me. The questions were fairly benign, when I asked about next steps I was told the entire process could take 5 more interviews. Followed up once and was told no decision was made, peers were sent rejection emails, have yet to hear another word since November 2014.
