Phone interview after submitting an application online with the director, an HR rep, and various members in the department. Got the chance to interview and see the office. Interviewed by two members, then got to do a Q&A with people in the position.

Why did you choose this company and why do you think you fit this role?
In person interview with one of the managers and then a video call a month later with some supply chain managers, program managers and the director. All individuals involved were super nice and engaged. Asked great follow up questions to any info not on your resume to learn more about you
