Lengthy and not organized; very relaxed
Met with multiple partners in the practice and basic questions were repeated
Expect to spend 2+ hours on the interview
Were not clear in terms of their goals in hiring/ position offered
Expect ambiguity
It was a pleasant experience overall. You get interviews from a mix of partners and associates. They ask questions about your work experience but also ask general questions about the interviewee.

Interview
Interviewed with two partners, about 40 minutes each. Asked general get-to-know you questions and then heard what they loved about the firm. They talked about their different practice groups and were interested in how much I knew about different practice areas.
