Interview
The interview was casual and conversational. Felt very comfortable and questions were to the point and easy to answer. Focused on giving examples for each situation and also my prior knowledge about the department.

Apply, get contacted about a time, have the interview a week later, panel interview with everyone asking a different question. There were basic questions like "where have you worked in a group", "how do you manage your time", etc.

The position was for the Department of Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behaviour (PNB).
The interview was a 2 stage process. It was difficult because of the types of questions asked. They were very direct. However, others were curve balls, such as the LGBTQIA training question.

Interview process: First a brief phone call for screening and to describe the role at the beginning with a few questions, followed by longer interview by the supervisor and then final interview with hiring panel.
