McNeill Hotel Company interview questions

Interview process was extremely long and they would call the day before they wanted another interview. I interviewed with 3 people and got ghosted after that. It was a waste of time and effort since I didn't received any feedback from the interviews or even a rejection letter. Hopefully they have better communication with their employees.

The interview process took an unreasonable amount of my time and I feel like I was being lead on throughout this process . I was almost certain an employer wouldn’t put me through that process (excessive interviewing and waiting in between interviews)if I was not going to be hired but to my surprise, I was not . Company was not transparent with me regarding a reason of any sort as to why I was not hired. They owed me that respect after the time and energy I put into seeking employment with them. Instead of being the true professionals they claim to be, they simply ignored me. I lost respect for this company after seeing their true colors.
