Simple and straightforward
More advance notice of hiring would have been desirable

Interview
It was straight forward. I submitted my bachelor's degree (required) to be verified and took 2 short tests. One was a writing sample, and the other was a math test with about 5 questions.

Interview
There was no in-person interview process. You just have to fill out an application and send proof of Bachelor’s degree. Everything is online. Once you pass through that, you just have to fill out and sign some paperwork, and wait to be contacted to train and be added to a project.
