Phone screen, call with hiring manager and was told I would be contacted with next steps. Never was, realized just by weeks going on that I wasn’t being considered. The most disheartening part is I opened up to the recruiter on how tough the job market is right now - ie being ghosted etc, yet still was ghosted.
