Per your statement regarding the interview, you are correct – it was good and Mechanical Devices brought you on as a contract employee. Not once, during your time here did management hear you complain about the cleanliness of our facility. In fact, the owners will tell you that having a clean facility is of utmost importance to our organization. I’m not sure where the “complete slave owner state of mind” originates. You were paid a fair and agreed upon wage while you worked here. Finally, you would not even fall under Mechanical Devices Unemployment Insurance. I would say that if the Unemployment Office actually said those statements to you regarding our company, it would be very unprofessional. They would have over-stepped as far as being a fair and unbiased part of our state government.
