Very very weird interview process and even weirder company. All over phone was very casual. Typical dc*rp questions like "how much do you want to make? Only $100k? wow that is sad why do you have such low expectations" 100% commission only. I was told that I would never meet anyone else and would just do 1 on 1 training with the mystery man over the phone. The guy I was talking to used a fake name and told me the owners/founders would not like to be known. I was told I would never interact with any other team members and only report to one sales manager. Asked for total honesty but were definitely not honest about much. Very unprofessional conversations over text as well. Don't take this job unless you are an investigative journalist that wants to go down a rabbit whole of a very weird place.
Insulted me in the hiring process calling me ignorant and a failure, ZERO basic pay and 100% commission. Avoid this company, if they cannot stay professional over text I can only imagine how bad they are to work with.

Interview
Quick phone call scheduled after an hour long sales personality questionnaire. The interviewer only asked two questions and cut me off, advised I would not be a good fit and hung up.
