I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MedExpress Urgent Care (Mars, PA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Interviews once with office manager, then had to travel an hour away to interview with yet another office manager. Then offered job over the phone. After that my clinic was not open yet. So I had to travel for 6 weeks and train at multiple different clinics learning how to do my job. That part was difficult as there were no clinics anywhere near where I lived. So lots of time I drove over an hour to get there. It was paid though. However, now there are lots of clinics so I don't think traveling to other clinics for training would be hard. And they may not even do that anymore as before there were only 6 clinics, they may just train you in the one you will be working at to begin with.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MedExpress Urgent Care (Tulsa, OK)
Interview
The interview process felt great! The person who conducted the interview was very sweet and cheerful which created a comfortable atmosphere in which I was able to answer without being nervous.

Question 1
One of the questions I was asked was, “how would you handle a situation in which a co-worker might be doing something wrong?”
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MedExpress Urgent Care (Largo, FL) in Aug 2022
Interview
After the initial application to which i submitted like a month prior to my 30 minutes of an over the phone interview. I was asked to do a voluntary self identification form. Then I was sent a link to register the date and time for the interview.
The interview was brief but extremely detailed. The Center Manager was friendly and professional. We covered quite a bit of surface while maintaining a comfortable conversation. I didn't feel nervous at all.
