The initial phone interview was good it allowed interaction with the direct manager and gave a great point of contact. The second interview was also well established and gave you the opportunity to be able to meet a leader of the department you were applying for. The CEO would even step in from time to time which allowed you to have that hometown company feel. The only difficulty was there was a delay after the second interview with the HR team before finding if I was actually given the job.
