There was a screening interview by phone and a Zoom interview with the team. The screening interview was Google-searched behavioral questions. It felt like the team did not know they had an interview that day. Did not read/review the candidate's resume—no questions about the candidate to highlight relevant skills. Told me about the position and waited for me to ask questions. Had to follow up multiple times before getting a rejection.
