Interview
Very straightforward; PI got to know me as I explained the reasons I wanted to join the lab. I also think the interview process can be different depending on the PI.

Interview
The initial phone interview started with the recruiter asking "Why nursing?"
Even though I had already emailed her about my choice of department, apparently availability changes and we started discussing the departments that is currently available and which one is my #1 top choice. We ended the call, saying that she'll get back to me to schedule another interview with the Nurse Manager of my #1 choice. The interview will be via video and likely include the Nurse Manager, Nurse Educator, and/or Director of Nursing.
She also asked the question "Why MedStar Georgetown," She just wanted to make sure that I know how to answer that since the Nurse Manager will likely ask that question to me.
She also asked if I'm actively applying elsewhere.
The call is more of an info session. Took about 20-25 minutes.
