Poor communication from recruiter, zero feedback on performance after not being downselected for anything past the hiring manager screening; I was told to expect follow-on interviews but had to reach out to find out that I didn't make whatever the cut was. The recruiter provided me with extremely specific preparation questions, which leads me to believe that the candidates that were downselected were the best-rehearsed rather than the best qualified. Or, who knows? Certainly not me, since my requests for feedback were ignored. Stupid process, would not interview with them again.
