      Typischer Prozess: Telefonisches Erstgespraech, 1,5 h Interview mit VP Sales Central Europe (phys. Meeting), 1,5 h Termin mit VP EMEA mit Roleplay (Sales Pitch fuer CMO einer global operierenden Versicherung mit Praesentation), 45 min Videokonferenz mit VP Global Sales, 1h Videokonferenz mit VP Talent Acquisition, auf Wunsch Gespraech mit Peer-Sales aus UK und Client Service Manager, Online-Assessment Test, Vertragsabstimmungen auf Basis eines Angebots Dauer des Gesamtprozesses: 4-5 Wochen Charakter des Ablaufs: Offen und jederzeit entsprechend der Erwartung Wichtig: Cultural fit - Keep on learning and improving
