There's a long practical test, but they totally dismiss the work you did if you appear nervous on the next interview.

Tell me something you did that was out of the box.
It wasn’t bad, was mostly by email (during the pandemic). Has some practical skills assessment, such as assessing and calculating a claim payment amount. Process dropped off due to some personal circumstances.
Process is good, but too many interviews. The questions are mostly behavioral, which focuses on our previous experiences and technical competencies. The interviewer was good in communicating and make us feel comfortable
