Phone interview with internal headhunter first, followed by in person interview with the direct hiring manager. Relatively lean process, only two steps and they followed up promptly. The headhunter was sometimes a bit slow to respond, but through following up they will provide updates.

It is not a reliable interview process. The recruiter does not thoroughly screen applicants and is not in touch with the hiring manager's ideal candidates. It is a waste of time, company lacks diversity and has toxic work environment
