There were 5 HR associates who were taking the initial round and were not sure about the interview panel members and their whereabouts. They asked all the attendes to wait for long hours and they do not have proper interview rooms. Interviews were held near cafeteria. The interview experience was really bad and pathetic.

Interviews are like one plus one, just to fill the numbers. No proper evaluation. Everything is happening through story recommendations. It was telephonic interview and functional hiring manager was not knowing what questions to be asked in the interviews.
