Medialab Group interview questions

A 3 stage interview process. 1st stage speaking to talent acquisition about the role and the company. 2nd stage with some senior stakeholders, fairly casual chat about my experience and motivations 3rd stage formal in-person interview presenting back a strategy for a potential client with Q&A and a panel of 3/4 people I was kept in the loop and my offer came the day after the final interview so it was a very smooth process

I applied a few weeks ago via Indeed and just over a week later received an email inviting me to a quick initial call to discuss the role in more detail. I agreed and a date and time was set. On Wednesday 13th the call took place and it was pleasant, the recruiter complimented my name and I felt the call went well. At the end of the call I was told about next steps and the recruiter also said they would come back to me either way so I wouldn't be left hanging. It all sounded promising but yet again I appear to have been ghosted. This wednesday will make it a week since my call and I haven't heard a thing, going by previous reviews on here it appears thats to be expected,
