Interview
It consisted of a technical interview (case study) and competency based interview, totalling 90 minutes.
It was overall a nice interview experience and I was interviewed by both the claims managers of the respective team I applied for.

Initial technical assessment reviewing a mock complaint case file, followed by online interview with two team leaders discussing the role, and experience in customer services, managing case files and medical experience.

A long Teams call with the Document Manager, as well as a Brand and Marketing Representative - with a follow up meeting held over Teams lasting 20 - 30 minutes (emphasis on informal meeting, when really it was another interview) with the Document Manager and the Head of Brand and Marketing

They asked me to detail various examples from prior roles about my capabilities to work with various types of people within an organisation, if I was able to remain composed when people disagreed with me, and other questions assessing whether I would be the right fit for the company.
