Recruiter found my resume on Internet and contacted me.
He talked to me saying they are hiring a Java Developer position for the client NIH. He asked me some very general questions and scheduled an online screen test. There are three questions total and whole test took about 2 hours. Two algorithm questions in Java and one SQL question.
From the response from the recruiter, I did pretty good. But don't know why, they did not give me any further updates. I tried to follow up with the recruiter several times, always get meaningless answer, such as: We haven't heard back from NIH, we should get more info in a couple of days.
I guess either MSC found other candidates or NIH did not really want to find some one to fill the position. Anyway, it was not a good experience for me. No matter what, give the candidates some feedback, OK?
