Interview
Lengthy but enjoyable interview process. Everyone I met with was prepared and had already reviewed my resume. They asked thought provoking, behavioral questions.
I applied on November 15, heard from the recruiter within 2 weeks (November 29). I met with the hiring manager first, then met with 4 other cross functional team members and 2 key stakeholders. The recruiter was professional, honest and communicative throughout the process. I was offered the role within 6 weeks.
3 interviews total. They were pretty straightforward and scheduled in quick succession. First a quick screening the with talent manager, then hiring manager/your would be boss, then a few folks from your team.

Zoom call with a staff member in a similar role. Scattered questions and told me they hoped that the company would reach out to me but wasn't sure of the next steps.

Went through a long interview process, 7 or 8 interviews then got ghosted by the company. First few interviews went good and the final interviewer showed up seemingly in a bad mood and didn't seem like they wanted to even talk.
