I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Medsphere (Sandy, UT)
Interview
It was a combined interview process that mixed behavioral questions with a technical assessment. We started with standard background questions, and then moved into a technical discussion that focused heavily on testing methodologies and QA logic.

Question 1
They gave me a scenario with a specific range of numbers and asked me to identify which specific values I would choose to test first (focusing on edge cases and boundary value analysis).
I applied online. I interviewed at Medsphere in Feb 2023
Interview
They asked questions mostly about your resume. The interviewer didn't listen well so be prepared to repeat yourself. She will have you guessing if you are communicating effectively. She is a tough interviewer.

Question 1
Why are you interested in working with our company?
This experience was from about a year ago.
I did 5 interviews total:
1) Recruiter screen
2) Hiring manager interview
3) Skills assessment take-home project
4) Panel interview
5) VP interview
I made it to the final round. The process took probably about 3-4 months from my application to the end. Interviews were fairly straightforward questions and people were nice.
My biggest frustration was that at the end of the process, I had to reach out to the recruiter to find out that they had hired another candidate after waiting about 2 weeks of silence after my final interview. I spent a lot of time and energy on interviews so I think it would have been more courteous to let me know.
