Technical exposure, technical journey, major customisation, total projects, most difficult customisation done. Reason for job changes, leadership qualities, team handing experience. How to manage the new team and handing the complete project.
I first sent the cv and application letter and then received a email to schedule a call with the HR Manager for the following week and that seemed to be a pre screening call for me to ask questions about the job and company.
