Interview
I had attended a career fair and spoke to a few people at the Meijer section for about 5 minutes. We went over my resume and they asked me some questions regarding what was on it. Then I was asked back for an interview the next day. I was interviewed by two people at the same time and it lasted about 25 minutes!! They asked the basic interview questions as well as questions that were relevant to the internship I was apply for. Two weeks later I was offered the position!
there was an initial screening interview. after this, i was asked to do a virtual interview with two managers. after this, i did not hear back from the company, even after i followed up multiple times
Two online interviews, the first one is a recording and the second one was with intern manager. The interview was standard. Not sure if interviews are online now, as this was during COVID.

Interview
Short and gave positive feedback and no offer. They did not seem to really care about experience during the interview. Required skills that job description didnt say was a requirement. Overall i wasn’t passionate about it.
