Interview
The first round was on my college campus and was just getting to know me as a person and what I was involved with on campus/previous work experience. The second round was at the headquarters in Grand Rapids. It was two consecutive 30 minute interviews with two people each time. These questions were mostly behavioral and situational with some experiences included.

Describe a time when you were given a task and you did not know what to do to solve it. Describe how you solved it and what the outcome was.
