Interview
It starts with phone interview and then group interview. They look into six traits of candidates. During group interview, they will have case studies, self intro and sales practice. Its not difficult but extremely competitive. Be aware of those six traits. Overall, the interviews are not picky or difficult. Most of them are personality questions, nothing technical. Basically for graduate trainee program, they emphasizes on characteristic instead of background.

Interview
I received a video interview invitation through email. Then, I was asked to have a group interview and an on-site assessment. Group interview were asking straight-forward sales questions, including self intro, pitching prospective client and sell your hobby.
