The interview process was similar to other reviews on GD. First, there was a brief phone interview, which focused on personal interests, skills, and motivation. Then I was invited to a group interview at the office. The group interview consisted of different exercises, such as pitching something you are passionate about and debate old-school retail vs. online shopping. The exercises were not particularly difficult, nor did they require any academic skills. After the group interview, I was invited back for an individual interview. I was asked about my motivation for the job and to do some "mock phone calls", where I was to sell Meltwater's product to different companies.
Overall, I had a positive experience. However, the job title is quite misleading. This is a basic sales position where you have to find new clients to the company.
