I applied in January and heard back for the first interview mid march. In the first interview they asked more broad and typical nursing interview questions. In the second interview I did mid April, one of the nurse leader asked personal questions. She wanted to get to know me and asked what I would bring to the floor if I was hired as a CAP.

The first interview was very pleasant experience, I have yet to go through the second round. I received a lot of information about the program itself, as well as the different opportunities and units at MSK. Prepare to have information on your background, why you want to work in oncology and specifically at MSK.
