I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Men's Wearhouse (Washington, DC)
Interview
The hiring process consisted of two parts which in my opinion were fairly easy. The first part is more objective, with standard questions such as "How many hours are you available?" or "What kind of skills do you offer and how can we help you achieve your goals?" The second part consisted of "stacking", a process where the interviewer asked to choose a combination of sets of shirts, ties, belts, suits, and cufflinks for two sets of suits, and was definitely a little more subjective.
There was a phone interview with generic questions followed by one in-person. They asked me to put together several outfits and to associate them with a customer archetype (business formal/casual etc).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Men's Wearhouse (Tukwila, WA) in Jul 2021
Interview
pretty easy. asks about skills, theoretical questions about the job, etc. got a call back within the week and started onboarding a week later. overall a smooth and easy process.
