Teams interview with 5 or 6 questions, mostly scenarios based. Interviewer was not welcoming, like she wanted to finish the questions right away. I have anxiety and ironically, Mencap is about inclusion and yet failed to support my needs. Probably one of the worst interviews I’ve ever had.
