Lots of different rounds. Ending in a final presentation to leadership. Did not meet immediate team during interviews but asked a lot about culture. Everyone was nice snd asked poignant questions

Interview process with hiring managers is more like a panel of judges providing “feedback “ on your presentation only to dismiss you and talk amongst themselves.

A recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview. I agreed to go through the process to learn more about the opportunity. The recruiters could work on being more meticulous since my name was spelled wrong in emails and my questions were not answered. One recruiter called me 10 minutes before my interview saying she did not hear from me to confirm even though I had confirmed hours ago.
