Interview
Phone interview with three personnel (an R&D engineer, an electrical engineer, and HR). Originally a Skype call, but technical problems led to a phone call instead. The interviewers were very pleasant to talk to and had a good idea of my skills based on my resume. HR was professional and polite, they informed me that I didn't get the offer via email.
