Transparent process with excellent communication from the employer. Challenging first round screening process, involving an Excel skills analysis.
A full description of the test, including all questions, was provided before the test was scheduled. Afterwards, I reached out to my contact with the company and received timely feedback regarding status updates.
Found out after just over a week from the test, that I was not included in the 6% of applicants who advanced to the next round of interviews.

Interview
After applying, I received a message to complete a timed excel assignment and an intake survey. They were transparent with the exercise and gave me the instructions for completion in the initial email correspondence along with information about the company. You know exactly what you're getting into right from the start. The timed assignment was challenging and let me know immediately whether I wanted to continue to pursue the position or not as it mirrored what I would be doing in that position. I was able to reach out to an actual human to inquire about when I may hear back and there was a response within hours. They let me know via email that I did not get to the next step in the process but were still receptive to my inquiries.
