Menufy interview questions

The first step in the process was to put my resume on Indeed. Then I have a 15 minute phone screen. The next step in the process was to have a virtual interview with the hiring managers.

First by phone, then in-person, the interview process was informal and organic. The goal seemed more focused on what things made me a happy person and motivated employee, rather than boxing me into the standard "tell us about a difficult situation and how you dealt with it," HR rigamarole.
