Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team interview questions

The whole process took about 6 months, it was a online assesment followed by a on demand video interview followed by a live two on one video interview and finally an assessment centre consisting of three one on one interview with different people in the team and HR, and a group task

Applied online, completing a questionnaire and uploading my cover letter, CV and Portfolio. After which, I had to complete 2 online assessments. The next stage required completing a design task. The second-to-last stage was an invitation to attend their assessment centre in their Brackley headquarters. They reimbursed for travel expenses, including flights, public transport, and accommodation. The day consisted of an icebreaker, 4 one-on-one interviews with various members of the design and HR teams, a self-assessment and a group task. The final stage involved a Teams call with the Head of Design at the team, during which you conducted another interview.
