Ich habe mich vorgestellt, der Vorgesetzte hat sich vorgestellt, HR hat sich vorgestellt.
Dann wurde mir was zur Stelle erzählt, es gab die „typischen“ HR Fragen (Stärken/ schwächen).
Es war ein wirklich sehr angenehmes und lockeres Gespräch.

The interview process was quite laid back and the interviewer, who is also the hiring manager, walked me through the daily processes of the department and gave me an in depth understanding of how their department works hand in hand with other departments.
