The interviews were focused. The first started as the typical tell us about you interview. It progressed to a pretty detailed description of the daily duties and expectations. The 2nd interview was all about skillset tests followed by a recap of the duties with a breakdown of what would be the largest part on down. In the whole a pleasant experience, and it was the most honest interview I have ever had.
