Mercer Full Stack Developer interview questions

The interview process was carefully programmed and automated. They had template replies to almost all basic questions and tools to evaluate the candidates on each interview phase. Since the position is a remote role, I think they put in a lot of efforts into this process automation, to make people understand the power of computer programes, and the advantage of remote working. The first step of the interview was AI interview, where questions were asked based on the resume, the second step was a live coding session, and one employee from the company will arrange the meeting and guide the candidate through the process. The coding question was a Leetcode easy to medium level question with a 30 min limit.
