I contacted Patricia, the Recruiter directly on LinkedIn. She followed up with a phone call to discuss the company, work environment, and the position. She patiently answered all of my questions. I was interviewed by the Sr. Project Manager and the process was very smooth. All other interviews were quickly scheduled with other teams. At the time I interviewed, the company was making several operational changes to better align processes and improve communication. As a result, the interview process, from interviewing to receiving an offer, took much longer than anticipated. However, Patricia and eventually the Human Resource Team, was always willing to answer my questions and keep me abreast of any changes. When I received my offer letter in March, I was elated. Even when having a difficult time at my previous company, Merchant Link remained flexible. Great work environment, wonderful colleagues and team building activities.
