Interview
Interview is with an AI robot. It takes 15 minutes. The AI asks to describe a time when you had to work on a project with financial analysis then it followed up with additional questions on that project (client's need? what type of model used? etc) so I don't think it would be repetitive. Besides the first question, there were no generic questions and they all followed the situation I first described, so I think every person would have different follow up questions.
The next day I was invited to do practical test. There didn't seem to be a set time, to do the work but they estimated it takes 2 hours (didn't take too much longer) and you got paid for your time (at the same rate as the position).

AI led interview process. The interview encompasses other finance verticals (i.e. private equity, IB specialist, finance consultant etc.) so you don't have to keep doing interviews for similar roles if they all fall under the finance category. It was about 30-45 minutes
