Walked in, they told me the job is extremely tough and not for everyone. And they even told me some people tend to walk out of the job because they don't like it. They asked if i'm still interested after all of that.

They asked whether i've worked in insurance before.
First is a phone screen/interview Second is an assessment. If you pass the assessments you move forward to a virtual interview with one manager and at least 2-3 supervisors. If you pass then they will complete a background check and drug screening.

Phone Interview: very straight forward; basic situational questions then if they tell you they'll send you a link to the online assessment to see if you qualify for in person interview. Online Assessment: easy . In Person Interview (declined in person interview after hearing more about job).
