It’s your traditional interview process, a recruiter reaches out to schedule a phone call and then you move forward with an interview. I got to meet with a manager who asked typical questions for the job title, but the interview lacked any kind of personality or representation of their culture at the company. The interview felt awkward and boring. After the interview I wasn’t expecting to move forward which I didn’t. After looking into the company more, I’d definitely say to work on your culture and diversity more. And I could have sworn the manager had mentioned this would be a brand new team, that’s also not the case when I was researching the company.
