Fairly simple questions that they want to make sure they are getting the right people in the company. Nothing too out of the ordinary that you would not expect from an interview from a bank.

What is one of your shortcomings and how are you working to combat it
There was one in-person interview with three employees of the company. The interviewers were personable and easy to talk to. Questions were mainly related to past work experience, education, and personal hobbies and interests.
