The overall process was laid back. There was an initial interview with HR. Then spoke to the Senior account and the accounting manager. Took a couple weeks to hear back.

One on one with IT Director asking IT and quality of personality questions. It is very casual but yet IT and technology related. Be prepared to answer questions that are related to the role you are applying.

Interview
Applied online and without a phone screen, I had a face to face interview with 1 person. He asked very general questions and it ended within 30 minutes. The annoying part is that they never got back to me with a decision, even after subsequent e-mails to this same person. After over 2 weeks, I had to call one of the assistants where she told me that they hired someone else.
Very unprofessional of Meridian and based off of this lack of courtesy, I cannot recommend this company to any others.
