You didn’t really even ask account management type of questions. Like retention process, strategy calls, upsells, and dealing with issues with a accounts.
Then to state by getting a phone interview you passed the first round and that we like to do face to face interview but to spend me a rejection email the next day. That in itself is not professional at all.
