Mesa Associates interview questions

First few interviews were phone interviews. The in person interview was a panel of people. Round robin questions. Mostly about past experience management styles, how you would approach different situations with clients and customer relationships.

Filled out application online and was contacted to schedule an interview about a week or two later. Did the interview and waited for the references to be confirmed. The offer came about a week or two after. Overall process was pretty fast compared to other companies.
