I was contacted by HR for a quick phone interview and also to schedule an in person interview. Both were open/comfortable conversations. I received a follow-up call and an offer the same week.

I had a phone interview with HR then a in person interview on site with COO. We met at the location but I never received an interview with my manager and a tour of the facility. It would have been helpful, TRUST!
