After an initial phone interview, I was invited for an in-person interview with 2 interviewers for the Junior Operations Associate position in Advanced Strategies. Contrary to what the job description and the phone interview suggested, I learned during this in-person interview that this was an over-glorified administrative assistant position and my interest quickly diminished. As for positions of this type, the questions focused mainly on my organizational and time management abilities rather than discussing my resume and previous experiences.

The three interviews were very relaxed and open. No tests or tricky questions of any kind. The interviews seemed to be done for the purpose of evaluating character and interest-level rather than aptitude.
